  The quality of these rain/garden boots is superior. I have not tested them for water intrusion but there is a tongue in the boot that creates folds and then with the laces to tie up as snug as you wish they should keep your feet dry and happy.I am posting a photo of an paper insert that was enclosed with the boots recommending using an oil for the rubber material to guard against cracks and holes and I would be fine with using it but as of this writing I don't know which oil is best to use. The manufacturer mentions a silicone oil made also by Ilse Jacobsen although I have not located where to buy that kind of oil yet.The sizing is pretty accurate. I am a size 7 or 7.5 in regular footwear and I bought a size 8 in these boots to allow for thick socks if I chose that and the 8 is perfect fit when tried on with the socks.What I love about these is the snug fit along the calf, something other rain boots don't offer. Those other boots shift around a lot and never seem comfortable. There is no gap along the calf in these and the rubber moves quite well as your foot moves.Very happy with these finely crafted rain boots.

  I've hiked all over the Arctic in these boots and they are great! They fit a wide range of calf sizes or and pant tucking. The rubber is very flexible and comfortable to walk in.

  I was pleased to receive these great boots. They are my second pair, the first was bought at a high end store so I was a little worried these might be knock offs. Much to my relief, they are not. They are great rain boots but I also use them as my winter boots in Buffalo, NY. They are completely waterproof and don’t get stains from the salt in the winter. They are also toasty warm. Best of all, they are cool looking and I receive compliments all the time. My only wish is that Amazon had more stock on all of the fun colors these come in. Those fun colors came in small sizes but I take a size 10 so color options were limited. I still love my new boots but what fun I would have had if I could have gotten a red or pink pair. Hey, a girl can dream..... LOL

  Super cute boots. Love the hunter green and the laces are cute. My only criticism is that the laces fall off of the metal clasp at the stop of the boot. There isn’t really a way to keep this from happening unless you bend the metal clasp onwards and pinch the laces to the rubber. A little unfortunate but other than that— love them. Also, they’re lined inside the boot so they’re great for the warmer months. Might want to look elsewhere for warmer month rain boots.

  I absolutely LOVE these boots. They are like walking on clouds...so comfy and cozy and warm and did i say totally waterproof! I actually own 3 pair, I wore the soles off my tall black pair (I wear them that much) and wanted to replace them. Unfortunately, I had to return the ones I ordered. They were a bit scuffed up and not as polished as the ones I already own. I will try to repurchase the boots again when I find them.

  I've been looking for a cute pair of rain boots for awhile. Some girls at work have Hunter's and I wanted something more unique and super cute with comfort. I saw these boots on Fab.com on sale for $115 and of course my size was sold out. I read tons of reviews which all stated how stylish, true to size and COMFORTABLE these boots are, not to mention warm. Honestly, I searched and searched for a great price (hate getting ripped off!!) I wanted black initially but they were selling for no less than $289 on Amazon and other sites....couldn't find coupons for this either...I finally found this pair in the burgundy color and thought, well that's a nice color, is dark and would go great with jeans, leggings...these were the only boots I found on Amazon for $115 so my decision to buy was easy. Got them and they were very roomy. I am a size 7. Some reviews said these boots a little larger than regular, but most said true to size. They are a little larger, but I decided to wear heavier socks rather than go to a size 36. Received MANY compliments on this boot and they're adorable, comfy and warm :) BUY THEM!

  Great boots! My wife has been searching a long time for rain boots that fit her larger calves. These fit the bill perfectly, as the gusset behind the laces enables her to expand the boot shaft as big as she likes. She loves the look, and says they have great arch support as well, and the slightly warmer plush lining was an added bonus. And the fact that the yellow ones were on sale for $80 made this purchase a no-brainer, even though she likes the red or black colors better. Seriously, you can't even buy these boots used on ebay that cheap! Now she's eagerly anticipating the arrival of Spring so she can wear them in the rain and muck. Our only complaint is that they don't come in larger sizes so I can get a pair for myself!

  I was so surprised by these boots. I had never heard of the brand so I was skeptical to order such a high end product without seeing them first. But since the reviews were overwhelming good, I gave it a shot. I absolutely love these boots. As another reviewer said they remind me of Doc Martens in style. I got the grey color and think they will wear well. The inside is very soft and the foot bed was comfortable. I did order a 39 (9) which is a size up for me. I usually wear a 8 1/2. But I wanted to be able to put in a gel insert and wear warm thick socks. They fit really well. I have 20inch calves and I am only 5'3" so needless to say finding tall boots that fit is nearly impossible. But because of the lacing up and expandable gusset these fit so well and I have room for leggings. The quality of these boots way surpass my Hunters! Tips: I did have to buy longer boot laces (90inch) because of the size of my calves. Also I bought a boot spray (Joules) to buff and shine the boots after they arrived. They were starting to get the white bloom marks from being stored.

  My feet size is exact 7 (US women), and this seems have right size margin. Not too big, Not too tight, I can wear these with my jean and socks on. In addition, the picture came out color little darker. (no, maybe way~ darker) The real color of camel seems more similar to beige. (I know there is 'beige' color, but I guess It would be similar with ivory, because camel is almost beige.)But the price.. I think the price is not reasonable... too expensive. :S제가 정 사이즈 240m 신는데요, 이것 딱 맞지 않고 여유분 있게 잘 맞습니다. 청바지랑 양말 신고나서도 충분히 들어가면서도 맨발에 신어도 크다는 위화감이 들지 않아요. 그리고 색상이 너무 짙게 나왔는데, 실제 샵에서 예전에 한번 본 기억이 있기에 망정이지.;; 안그랬음 베이지 색상 살뻔 했네요. 실제 camel 이 거의 beige 느낌이라 생각되구요, beige 는 ivory 와 가깝지 않을까 추측해 봅니다. 그런데 이거 저 20% 아마존 할인때 사서 150불 주긴 했지만 그래도 비싼... 한국에서 99불에 파는 매장도 있던데 왜 미국이 더 비쌈? - - 아.. 스웨덴에서 수입해와서 긍가? - -

  These are the best investment I have bought via Amazon.I have worked in farming/ranching since I was a kid. I have boots from every major outdoor major brand and horse riding boots, which are their only competition in comfort, but no one wears them for anything but riding. These would work fine even for western horse riding and trail riding. I have worn these now a few months using them hiking in deep thickets with thorn bushes, tree branches, mud and NOT a scratch on them.The color I chose looks so great alongside any color tops, jackets along with skinny jeans, leggings, and the latch up string will allow comfort for skinny calves like mine or more muscular shape. The inside is so soft, I forget I have boots on that are knee high.The size I chose was my true size, and they fit well with nice thick socks.I suspect they will last many years.For those who just want them for show, for going out, they are also worth the investment.
